Which Devices Support Sindibad eSIM?

To use the Sindibad eSIM, your device must meet several requirements:

• It must support eSIM functionality.
• It cannot be carrier- or network-locked.
• iOS devices must not be jailbroken; Android devices must not be rooted.

We provide a list of compatible devices for your convenience. Keep in mind that some regional models might lack eSIM support. If your device is not listed, please verify with the manufacturer.

As of September 2025, the following devices are eSIM-compatible:

Apple

Notes:

• iPhones sold in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macao (with exceptions: iPhone 13 Mini, iPhone 12 Mini, iPhone SE 2020, and iPhone XS) do not support eSIM.
• iPhones and iPads purchased in Turkey after June 23, 2020, require carrier activation post-installation.
• Only iPads with Wi-Fi + Cellular models are supported.
