Service and facilities did not meet expectations

Honestly, it was not good. The room cleaning service was delayed; we requested it twice. The first time they apologized because it was nighttime and they had many rooms to clean, and the second time we left for about five hours and the room still wasn’t cleaned. The price is exaggerated compared to the size of the room. There is not enough sound insulation, and there are no clothing hangers in the bathroom. There are also no slippers provided for the bathroom. Most importantly, there was no hot water in the heater! The hotel does not even deserve three stars.

Good stay but some issues

The stay was good overall, but I only have a few comments: the bed was hard and uncomfortable, the breakfast needs more variety, and the parking lot is very small and cramped.
