Location, size of the room and the attentive staff.
It is a busy part of the city so there is a lot of street noise into the night.

Всё было супер, спасибо администраторам на ресепшене! Попросили утюг и сразу принесли гладилку и утюг. В номере чисто и комфортно, немного есть шум с улицы, беруши помогают! Понравилось, что всё рядом в пешей доступности основные достопримечательности!
