Disgusting

Location is good

Horrible brown stains on the towels, and stains on the mattress cover and bed sheets. Everything is extremely dirty.

The worst hotel in Istanbul

I liked almost nothing about this place. Only the location.

I did not feel safe at all. The whole floor was like an ex building site. My room's window didn't close because the builders had clearly not fitted the panel properly. They then tried to brute force it shut by drilling it in but extremely unsuccessfully. Because they had drilled it, there was actually no fire escape available which is extremely illegal. Not to mention the traffic noise that made it feel like I was sleeping next to the street due to the open window.

There were several open plug sockets with wires sticking out the wall.

The bathroom's light was flickering, the shower dribbled out. There was a hole in the floor of the shower which looked like it was just forgotten.

When I asked to move, they completely refused.

I would avoid at all costs. The worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

Laundry taken and never returned. Staff denies all knowledge and not will to help

Initially the price was reasonable

I had my cloths taken and not returned

Terrible breakfast
