I stayed at the Ramada Encore by Wyndham Istanbul Arnavutky Hotel for one night—a beautiful, new hotel. The rooms are clean. The room has everything you need, including slippers. The breakfast was delicious. I want to thank the hotel staff. And pay special attention to the administrator, Veda, and the manager, Esat. They solved all my problems promptly and treated me with special warmth and attention. I will definitely return to this hotel. I recommend it!

It's quietly close to IST airport

There are a lot i could speake about. First of all it is not my first experience in this hotel. First one were almost year ago, my flight was late so I stay overnight. Back then I found that it were perfect, I arrive late, and were very hungry, room meet me with some treats fruits etc, that were very pleased, breakfast were good, so I were satisfied completely.

During this year I stayed there for several times, and each time it became worster and worster.

Let's speake about my last time, I choose room with balcony. I receive east side room. Overall condition is acceptable despite that fact that aircon is not cooling enough to cool room. At the morning due to east side location it were hot as in hell, ac could not handle this and the most annoying that it wasn't so hot outside.

Food. This time it were terrible not vary, not taste, for main dish u could find only between boiled egg and meneme that is cold. Corn flakes dispancer were broken, almost no fruits or dry fruits.

And the last things that I didn't like that their manager start spamming me whatsapp messages asking for booking feedback rating them with 10 stars. Off course it is common thing for Turkey, but this time it were too much
