Lovely stay in beautiful Istanbul

The hotel was in a convenient location and was very comfortable. Staff went above expectations and were very helpful. We had a very early check in but the front reception allowed us to have breakfast that morning and check in early. This was very helpful given we had such a long flight. The pool was really lovely and a great place to relax after busy sightseeing. The breakfasts had an excellent variety and we really enjoyed eating at the hotel. We had a great stay here and the Club Lounge was an added benefit that was really good to use throughout the day. Well worth paying the extra cost to have this availability.

It was quite expensive to buy food and drinks at the pool but restaurants in Turkey are very expensive so this was proportionate given you expect top pay more in a hotel. It was hot during our stay and sometimes it could be a little difficult to find a sun lounger as some people tended to grab their beds and head off to breakfast. Again, nothing unusual here either. There were still some beds available but some did not have sun umbrellas to shade you.

It was excellent as usual.

Actually I was very comfortable for the staff at the reception who met me with a big smile., mainly the beautiful lady named IRI
