I have reservations in this hotel when i arrived in Istanbul i go to this hotel to search my reservation room he said to me sorry but your room isn’t available for you because we sell to someone else and man from reception send me to the another hotel but hotel is very bad hotel

Poor

The only positive aspect was the staff. They were extremely kind, polite, and always willing to help. It was clear that they were doing their best with the limited resources they had. Unfortunately, their efforts could not make up for the poor condition of the hotel.
Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The hotel is not well maintained, and the bed was broken, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. There was also a lot of noise, making it difficult to rest.
