يوم فظيع في اسطنبول / إقامة سيئة ليوم واحد في اسطنبول

للأسف، لا أستطيع أن أشارك أي لحظات إيجابية حيث تم رفض تسجيل الدخول بسبب إعادة ترميم مستمرة (وفقًا لمعلومات ممثل الفندق). ومع ذلك، لم تظهر أي علامات على وجود ترميم مثل هذا. على الرغم من ذلك، تم محاسبتي بالكامل دون إبلاغي مسبقًا عن العملية الجارية للتجديد.

تم الاتصال بممثلي الفندق عبر WhatsApp عند الوصول، وطلب مني الانتظار في الخارج بسبب حرارة الجو، ثم أبلغوني أنه لا يمكنني الإقامة في الفندق المحجوز!

تم تقديم فندق آخر عند بعد 8 كم من الفندق الذي كنت محجوزًا فيه في حي آخر من اسطنبول! على الرغم من أنه أخبرني أن الغرفة الجديدة مماثلة لتلك التي حجزتها، في الواقع كانت الغرفة الجديدة في الفندق الجديد أقل، بلا مطبخ، وتهوية مناسبة، وشرفة. لذلك، ذهبت تقريبًا 100 يورو مدفوعة مقدمًا للغرفة الأصلية هباءً!

من المؤسف أن يعامل السياح بهذه الطريقة ويستغل بعض أصحاب الفنادق تعبنا وضيق الوقت. وبالتالي، يسقطون بظلالهم على الجنسية ككل ويضربون صورة البلاد بشكل عام.

После ночного перелёта не было ни сил, ни времени разбираться. Этим и пользуются недобросовестные отельеры. Очень жаль: портят имидж страны в целом.

Upon arriving to my destination I had to bring my A-game to contact a hotel representative (only a WhatsApp call was a success) only to be asked to wait outdoors for the one to come (taking into consideration the heat & the fact that I was after a red eye adding insult to injury) and then being informed that a check-in in the booked hotel is impossible due to a renovation-ish!

I was ofered another hotel located 8 km from the one I was supposed to be staying in another Istanbul district! Even though I was told a new room is the same as the one I'd booked, in reality the new room in the new hotel turned out to be less, lacking a kitchen, suitable conditioning, & a terrace. So, the almost 100€ charged for the original room went to waste!

It's a pity tourists are treated this way & some hotel owners are preying on us being tired, time bound, etc. Thus, casting a shadow on the whole nationality & damaging the countrie's image in general.
