Friendly staff

I liked the free water and tea and I like the location.
That sometimes the tea ran out.

Absolutely horrible, disgusting and filthy.

Only good thing was the staff who was trying to to help by their best.
Place was absolutely dirty. We assume that it wasn’t clean from the previous stay.. When we first enter the room was absolutely smelly. Then we had to check everywhere and found out that it was rotten food inside the bin which wasn’t cleaned. Had to remove and clean the bin ourselves.
Bed linen was absolutely filthy. Hair and dirt marks everywhere. When we requested for it to be changed, a bedsheet and two pillow cases were given for us to change it by ourselves and the they were wet from the wash. (Not dry after the washing). So had to spend the night over a wet bedsheet as it’s late at night and couldn’t do anything.
Shower room drain is blocked and filling up when washing.
The location was good and most of the main attractions were in walkable distance and the staff member who was in the reception was helpful. That’s only the plus points I would say.
it’s a budget hotel so can’t expect the best but could have been put a little more effort to make it clean at least.
