DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL – DON’T BELIEVE THE FAKE GOOD REVIEWS!
This hotel doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Save your money, save yourself the stress, and book literally anywhere else.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly rude, unprofessional, aggressive, and extremely judgmental. They made both me and my girlfriend feel uncomfortable, and she genuinely didn’t feel safe around them.
We booked an upgraded room with a jacuzzi and a city view, but what we got looked absolutely nothing like the photos. The pictures are clearly heavily edited because the room was much smaller than advertised. There is no way the furniture shown in the photos would even fit in the room we received.
The biggest shock came the moment we entered the room. One wall lamp was literally hanging off the wall, and another lamp in the ceiling was loose and unsafe. Instead of apologizing or immediately offering us another room, a staff member came in, casually sat on our bed, and kept saying “No problem.” There was obviously a huge problem.
It only got worse. While trying to “repair” the ceiling lamp, he actually pulled the entire fixture out of the ceiling. Dust and debris fell everywhere, and instead of cleaning it properly, he simply blew the dust off the bed with his mouth as if that somehow made it clean. Then he tried pushing the wall lamp back together, but it was still loose and wobbling when he left. It was embarrassing to watch and completely unacceptable.
The bed was really small, it was almost a 1 person bed, and the room looked nothing like what was advertised online.
We were promised a city view, but the only thing we could see was a tiny enclosed space that honestly felt like looking out of a prison window. The second window was even worse. It was covered in dirt and bird poo , making it difficult to even see outside. The only thing behind it was an ugly construction site. Absolutely disgusting.
We were also promised a seating area, but there wasn’t one.

قضينا إجازة رائعة في فندق La Maja Hotel، تركت لنا أطيب الانطباعات! كل شيء كان مطابقًا تمامًا للصور على Booking. كانت الغرفة نظيفة ومريحة، وتم تنظيفها يوميًا. كان الموظفون لطفاء ومتعاونين للغاية.
أود أن أشير بشكل خاص إلى وجبات الإفطار - كانت لذيذة بشكل منزلي، مع مواد غذائية طازجة دائمًا، نظافة وأجواء لطيفة.
شكرًا لفريق العمل في الفندق على الإجازة الممتازة، والرعاية والحسن الضيافة! بكل سرور سوف نعود مرة أخرى وسنوصي بفندقكم للآخرين.
