لديهم مجرى مائي جيد جدا مع كراسي الاستلقاء. طاقم ودود. أطعمة لذيذة على مدار الساعة.

كان الموظفون ودودين جدًا.
كانت هناك طوابير طويلة في بوفيه. سلوك بعض الضيوف كان محرجًا.
يعتبر طبيب الفندق جزءًا من سلسلة من العيادات الخاصة، وسُلوكه يهدف إلى تحويل المرضى إليها، مما يجعل التكلفة مرتفعة للغاية!

السيدة مفلوده من الاستقبال مساعدة لطيفة وودودة. تم استقبالنا بشكل جميل عند الدخول. خدمة الضيوف من السيدة مريم ودية ودافئة. موقع الفندق جميل. الرسوم المتحركة مثيرة للاهتمام. الأطعمة الخاصة رائعة.

The room was spacious, the food very delicious; there was something for everyone and the staff were very nice and helpful especially the guest relations lady.
Almost everyone could speak German or English or both which made communication easy.
-Transportation was a bit of a hassle because of the location.
-Knowing that the hammam is only open for guests from 10 -12 am and from 4-6 pm, someone decided to send maintenance workers there exactly at that time as a guest- me was there over something that wasn’t even urgent - changing light bulbs that were a bit dimmed but still worked fine), where they kept coming and going for almost an hour - after that i just had to leave but this left a very bad taste in my mouth I never returned there again which was very disappointing since i actually chose this hotel for its hammam.
