Our stay was exceptional. The variety of food and drinks is way above expectations. The hotel served a wide variety of food from different cuisines and even offered a wide variety for young guests. Kebabs, lamb dishes, traditional Turkish desserts, ice cream, and churros are top-notch. The snack bar's burger and gozleme station are absolute personal favorites.
The hotel employees were absolutely amazing, always very polite and kind, and very helpful with requests.
Cleanness 12/10. Change of towels, room organization, and cleanliness of the common areas.
Animations are also beautiful. For a person who is not a great fan of hotel animations, I was there every night. Professional bands, dancers, nice sound, and light quality.
I think I finally found the perfect resort for my family's needs and a perfect holiday.
The cake buffet can be improved. Even if it's reduced, it is sad that people just take 3-4 types just to get a photo and waste the rest.
Just a small suggestion: if the hotel gives guests a reusable water bottle and installs water fountains around, plastic waste can be reduced. It is just sad that the guests take bottle after bottle from the fridge and waste both drinkable water and plastic just because their water is warm.
