Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but the sunbed reservation problem should be improved.

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the food was good. The location was also convenient.

There is a problem with the sunbeds by the pool. By 8:00 a.m., there are no free sunbeds because many guests reserve them with towels and then leave them unused for hours or even all day. The hotel should enforce its policy and remove unattended towels after a reasonable time so that all guests have a fair chance to use the sunbeds.

Another issue is that most announcements, entertainment programs, and activities are only in German. The hotel welcomes guests from many different countries, not only Germany. It would be much better if English were also used during entertainment, announcements, and other activities so that all guests can understand and enjoy them.
