Excellent sea view property.

The view from the balcony was stunning. This hotel has a private pool and a small beach. Very safe to swim. Adjacent to Duden Park and the waterfall. A lot of transport options, like buses and taxi around. Can spend time in this hotel like in a resort. Very good breakfast.
Toiletaries. They can add some toiletries.

Very Poor

The location is very good and have private beach access with nice restaurant and close to waterfall spot and airport.
The main issue that made everything worse was the staff. I accessed the swimming pool around 6 PM, and just a few minutes later, the staff started cleaning the area and asked all guests to leave, despite the pool closing at 8 PM.
On my last day, I checked out early at around 5:30 AM. During checkout, the receptionist accused me of taking alcohol from the fridge and asked me to pay for it, even though I hadn’t used any of it. He insisted on taking me to the room to “admire” the fridge, which took about 20 minutes. I repeatedly told them that I don’t drink and that I had no idea how it had disappeared. Eventually, they let me go, but I almost missed my flight and had to run at the last minute.
This experience left a very bad impression of the hotel. While the location and price were reasonable, the poor service from the staff overshadowed everything.
