الموقع رائع وقريب من عطين ومركز جاردن مول. كان الموظفون متعاونين ومفيدين.
الأثاث قديم وكانت تصدر روائح كريهة. تشطيب المبنى عادي للغاية وقديم، مواد البناء والسباكة وتشطيب الحمامات قديمة وفي حالة سيئة. حجرة الحمام صغيرة للغاية ومنطقة الاستحمام ضيقة جدًا.
