قمت بحجز إقامة في فندقكم عن طريق Booking.com، وعند وصولي إلى الفندق فوجئت برفض تسليمي الغرفة المحجوزة، وطلب مني الانتظار لحين حضور المدير. وبعد انتظار المدير، تم إبلاغي بأنه سيتم نقلي إلى فندق آخر تابع لكم، دون أي مبرر مقنع أو أخذ موافقتي
لقد قمت بالحجز في هذا الفندق تحديدًا بناءً على موقعه وخدماته، ولم يكن من المقبول تغيير مكان إقامتي إلى فندق آخر بعد وصولي، خاصة وأن لدي حجزًا مؤكدً

Breakfast only one lady was handling.. tables were not being cleaned once a person after having breakfast left. So the next person having to sit on used table looking at half eaten plates of other person.
