الفندق ليس مجهز بتكييف وقد حجزت مُسبقًا من Booking
عند وصولي، تم توفير غرفة بدون مكيف. طلبت تغيير الغرفة يوميًا ووعد المهندس بأنه سيأتي غدًا. جلست أنا وعائلتي في غرفة واحدة لمدة 5 أيام وكلما سأل أحد منهم يخبرك أنني لست مسؤولًا.
