The hotel is very organised and well located, especially Emre who helped with the bags since we arrived was very much helpful, he helped till we get to our room and made sure we were well settled, overall everyone was helpful, the cleaning lady was also very nice, the pool and sauna area was clean and empty.
DeanA comfortable stay in a perfect location, with a great breakfast and outstanding staff who made us feel welcome.
Our stay at the Grand Galata Hotel & Spa was a fantastic way to begin our holiday. The hotel was exceptionally comfortable, with clean, well-appointed rooms that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring Istanbul. The location was outstanding, with many of the city’s major attractions, restaurants, and public transport all within easy walking distance.
Breakfast was another highlight, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start each day. The biggest standout, however, was the staff. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and always willing to help, making us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay.
We would happily stay here again and highly recommend the Grand Galata Hotel & Spa to anyone visiting Istanbul.
The hotel’s excellent location, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable from start to finish.
