Pleasant

A small room for three. Comfortable enough for a couple of nights. The basic breakfast was also a plus. The metro was nearby, which was nice. It's also within walking distance of Taksim Square or the Kabataş/Beşiktaş ferry terminal. Another plus is that the reception is open 24 hours. They even helped us find a taxi at night.
Maybe a minor issue: we didn't understand how the air conditioner worked, but we seemed to have managed to cool the room. We were also surprised by the lack of drinking water in the room. We also didn't understand how the refrigerator worked, or even if it worked.
