The downsides were not significant, as the stay was generally peaceful and the staff courteously fulfilled requests.

Everything was good. Bed and air temperature in room was comfortable to sleep, breakfast is satisfying, the staff was very polite.

The kettle didn't work; I asked for a replacement, but the one they brought didn't work either. The room wasn't cleaned even once during my three-day stay
