The staff was very polite & helpful in spite of a significant language barrier. My concerns were addressed in a timely fashion. They even provided several converter plugs for my devices, and I found this to be particularly helpful. The place was easily accessible and I didn't struggle to move around, I was able to access cabs in less than 2 minutes at all times.
Swimming caps for the pool didn't consider guests who may have bulky afro hairdos for that reason, I wasn't able to swim as the caps couldn't fit. I encountered a similar problem with the shower caps in the room which couldn't fit
