Documents Required

Back Id card
Upload the back side of your national ID card clearly, showing all text and numbers.
Personal photo
Submit a high-quality personal photo with a white background. Face must be clearly visible with no shadows or filters.
Front Id card
Ensure the front side of your national ID card is fully visible, clear, and readable.
Passport Image
Upload a high-quality passport image with no blurriness, scratches, or hidden parts. All information must be clearly visible.

Thailand platform

Travelers are required to complete registration through the Thailand platform within 3 days before travel: https://tdac.immigration.go.th/arrival-card/#/home

Processing time

Official holidays (Friday–Saturday) are excluded from processing time.

Flight tickets

We recommend booking flights only after the visa is issued.

Validity & Stay Duration

The visa is valid for 90 days, and the stay period is also 90 days. Both periods start counting from the date the visa is issued.

Additional Security Review

Some applications may require additional security review, which can extend processing time.

Application Reference & Payment Proof

Customers can request their application reference number or proof of payment 72 hours after submitting their application.

How Visa Process Works

    Start your application

    Begin your Thailand eVisa application through the Sindibad app. 

  2. Step 2

    Upload your documents

    Upload a clear copy of your passport a personal photo, bank statement and your national ID.

  3. Step 3

    Enter your details

    Fill in the required personal, passport, and travel information accurately. 

  4. Step 4

    Review and pay

    Review your application details, then complete your payment to submit your Thailand eVisa request. 

  5. Step 5

    Receive your eVisa

    Once your eVisa is issued, you'll receive a WhatsApp notification. Your eVisa will also be available in the My Trips section of the Sindibad app, where you can view and download it anytime.
