Employment Letter (EN)
If an employment letter is not available, we can assist in providing one for an additional fee of $32.
Passport Image
Upload a high-quality passport image with no blurriness, scratches, or hidden parts. All information must be clearly visible.
Personal photo
Submit a high-quality personal photo with a white background. Face must be clearly visible with no shadows or filters.
Hotel Reservation
Please provide a valid hotel reservation showing the guest’s name, hotel name, and check-in/check-out dates.
Round-Trip flight ticket
Upload a complete round-trip ticket showing travel dates, passenger name, and booking reference.

SG Arrival Card (Mandatory):

All travellers must complete the SG Arrival Card within 3 days before arrival via Singapore's official immigration website: https://www.ica.gov.sg/enter-transit-depart/entering-singapore/sg-arrival-card. Failure to register may result in delays or being stopped at the airport.

How Visa Process Works

  1. Step 1

    Start your application

    Begin your Singapore visa application through the Sindibad app. 

  2. Step 2

    Upload your documents

    Upload the required documents, including a personal photo, employment letter, hotel reservation, and round-trip flight ticket. Make sure all documents are clear and contain accurate details. If an employment letter is not available, we can assist in providing one for an additional fee of $32.

  3. Step 3

    Enter your details

    Fill in the required personal, passport, and travel information accurately. 

  4. Step 4

    Review and pay

    Review your application details, then complete your payment to submit your Singapore visa request. 

  5. Step 5

    Receive your visa

    Once your visa is issued, you'll receive a WhatsApp notification. Your visa will also be available in the My Trips section of the Sindibad app, where you can view and download it anytime.
