Some applications may require additional security review, which can extend processing time.

Processing time

The application day, public holidays in Indonesia, and weekends (Friday–Saturday) are not included in the processing time.

How Visa Process Works

  2. Step 2

    Upload your documents

    Upload a clear copy of your passport and a personal photo.

  3. Step 3

    Enter your details

    Fill in the required personal, passport, and travel information accurately. 

  4. Step 4

    Review and pay

    Review your application details, then complete your payment to submit your Indonesia eVisa request. 

  5. Step 5

    Receive your eVisa

    Once your eVisa is issued, you'll receive a WhatsApp notification. Your eVisa will also be available in the My Trips section of the Sindibad app, where you can view and download it anytime.
