The location was convenient for me as everything I needed was close to the hotel: shops, restaurants and gift markets. A great feature was the parking facility, which is essential in this area.
I don't understand why the hotel kept my Emirates ID until checkout (which is illegal retention). Since I was there for less than a day, I didn't argue. Even when I asked about my ID card, they assured me that I would get it back at checkout.
