The room is clean and smart so that you can control all the lighting and curtain movements with one touch.
The breakfast buffet is very beautiful and the staff are polite.
My reservation was for a Sky Lite room, but upon receiving the room, I was surprised to find a room on the 23rd floor instead of the higher floors 32-34. When I insisted on changing the room, they informed me that it is not possible to change the room on the second day of the reservation due to room occupancy.
When changing the room on the second day, I could not receive the room keys due to a system error, so every time I needed to enter the room, a staff member would come and open the door with me.
Regarding the breakfast buffet, the smell of cooking can be smelt from a distance, affecting the smell of clothes.
