I had a great experience during my stay and the staff was consistently helpful. The rooms were clean and cozy. They also kindly suggested leaving a review on Booking, and I am following through on my promise because of their exceptional service. A big thank you to Neslin and her team for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment and would gladly return for another visit.
A little distant from some tourist spots in Istanbul but definitely worth the visit

They kept 200 euros as a deposit, money that I did not receive. Even though at check-out the receptionist said that we will receive the money in the account, I have not received them until today. I sent an email/message but I have not received any response.
