I will share my experience of staying in this hotel.
Everything is in very poor condition and needs repair, does not correspond to the photos, everything in the bathroom smells of mold, weak internet, very poor sound insulation.
Among the advantages is a good location.

Looks completely different from the photos on the websites. Standard room was supposed to be 30 square meters but was not even 20 square meters. While we were sleeping, someone tried to open the door with a key. We called the police but unfortunately they didn't help. The lighting was broken. On the TV, you only had YouTube and Netflix if you have one...
