It's acceptable.

The hotel was in a great location, offering beautiful views. The breakfast was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The cleaning staff were friendly.

We encountered some issues during our stay. Despite informing the hotel in advance and receiving confirmation, a crib for our babies was not provided on the first night. We also observed a shortage of baby cribs and high chairs at breakfast.

There was a considerable amount of dust on the carpet, particularly under the bed. The ironing board was rusty and in poor condition.

Moreover, a staff member entered our room with the iron without waiting for permission, not respecting our privacy. Staff should knock, identify themselves, and wait for the guest to open the door.

During checkout, everything appeared to be in order. However, after I had already taken a taxi, the reception called me back and delayed me for about five minutes due to confusion between a cancelled reservation and the updated booking. This was unprofessional and indicated a lack of attention to detail.

Furthermore, the swimming pool was closed during our stay, and this was not mentioned on Booking.com when we made the reservation.

It could be the best hotel I've ever stayed at my age.

A few details were lacking, but overall approved!

New structure, fairly clean, daily towel change (in general, room cleaning as well). Friendly staff. Breakfast with a wide selection, although at times the service was slow. The gym is convenient and functional. Beautiful view from the rooms.

Sufficiently off-center to stay away from the chaos of the city center, but consider it for getting around because Istanbul is very congested. Taxis pass by frequently. We had booked a deluxe triple room and in the end it was a double room with an added cot, certainly large enough, but we had to make do.

The location is very close to Besiktas, the airport metro, Taksim, and the Green Line metro.
