Good variety of breakfasts. The cost of accommodation includes access to the spa: sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, pool. The bed is comfortable, the interior is pleasant. A couple's complex massage with a 160 euro discount. Not cheap, but done well.
Called 3 times requesting drinking water and an iron to be brought to the room. Until I personally went to the reception, nothing happened.
Poor soundproofing - street noise is audible. Could hear music at night and construction sounds during the day from the window.
The hammam was completely without steam.
Considering that the hotel is not the cheapest, expected better service
