Location, service, amenities, cleanliness
Guests are not permitted to self-serve pastries or bread during breakfast; a staff member must assist, which may be inconvenient. Furthermore, some pastries are not fresh

Overall, great value for the money, with close proximity to everything and very nice and helpful staff. The breakfast was nice, and the hotel room was clean with comfy beds.
We expected the spa to be included, as confirmed by the staff upon arrival that the spa is open until 23:00 and included. It is also stated on the information panel in the elevator. However, when we arrived at the spa at 20:00, the employee informed us that we had to pay as the free entry was only until 18:00. It was really disappointing as we had planned our day not to miss the evening sauna.
