Great place for a short or long term stay in Istanbul! Having a kitchen and washing machine is so convenient and it's in a great location. Some of the other reviews mention that the street it is on feels a bit dodgy but we didn't feel this at all, it's just off the main road and there is always people or cars around.
Similar to other reviews, we had an issue with the room we booked 'not being available' and were given another totally different room. However it was a much bigger room and they didn't charge us extra for it so it all worked out in the end. If you are really tied to the room you want then make sure you specify this to them, as they are really helpful when you need.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The personnel were extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests we had, which enhanced our experience even more. The location is superb, right next to Taksim Square, making it highly convenient for city exploration in Istanbul.
The bed was also exceptionally comfortable, allowing us to rest well after long days of sightseeing. Overall, everything was excellent and we would certainly recommend this property to anyone visiting Istanbul.
