The staff are friendly and helpful specially Salah from the reception.
Maybe just add electricity sockets near the mirror so we can see our hair when we dry it :) 😀
AliSuperb Stay
Overall, the hotel is superb. The staff are super friendly, the rooms/apartments are really spacious and clean, the beds are really comfortable, the room service is quick. There is also a lot of car parking space with free valet service for in-house guests operating at certain times.
The only problem we faced was that we needed to inform them on a daily basis to restock the water bottles and tea bags/sugar packs in the room. Otherwise, they wouldn't do so.
