SusanNice, spacious 2-bedroom suite, close to attractions.
Pool and location were great, with direct access to the Dubai Mall - where we spent a lot of our time walking around when we were stuck in Dubai due to the airspace closure.
Our hosts lacked some customer service and empathy, not fully understanding the situation we were in due to the air strike. The suite could do with a makeover, as it is a bit old and worn.

Everything besides the drilling on that one day
The one morning your staff was fixing the room next door and making so much noise, drilling and banging.

The housekeeping staff were excellent, and the location is great.
The front desk area is very poor and difficult to access.
I found it very difficult to have any deliveries sent to my room. I hope they can improve this. The property is in need of renovation.
