Mr. Arabi at the reception is very polite, cooperative, and helpful.
His manner and hospitality made me feel comfortable. When I didn't like my room at first, he changed and upgraded it in a few minutes. I was really glad.
Ms. Marasi at checkout was also very polite and helpful.
It was only one night, so I didn't experience all services.
