Victoria at reception was amazing. Everything was pretty great. One of the rooms was upgraded to a junior suite and the suite was so spacious and wonderful.
Food is excessively expensive. Evian water is the same price as an average priced meal at restaurants off the property. There is filtered water available but if you prefer natural bottled need to pay a very high price.

Lack of service at the beach. No one responded to the button and waiting time for the order was more than 1 hour despite the fact that the beach was less than half occupied.

It was BEAUTIFUL. Felt very luxurious, yet cozy and comfortable. I personally prefer these type of low rise, tucked away venues as it feels like you have the whole place to yourself. The staff were incredible!!!! So kind, generous, and attentive.
