The staff and service were outstanding, and the room was impressively quiet. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the lavender pillow spray. Despite maintenance at the DIFC spa, the team kindly arranged access to the Four Seasons Jumeirah facilities, which was a great gesture. Valet parking staff were consistently helpful, and the podium level offers an excellent selection of restaurants. The DIFC location is ideal central, convenient, and surprisingly peaceful with no outside noise at all. Everything about the stay was seamless and hassle-free. I truly loved my experience and would gladly return.
The only minor downside was that the spa facilities at the DIFC property were temporarily unavailable due to maintenance. While access to the Four Seasons Jumeirah was thoughtfully arranged, having on-site spa access would have made the experience even more seamless. Other than that, there was very little to fault.
