Amazing sunny pool area
The hotel staff are the best, always smiling warmly like genuine smiles :)
I would like to mention a few names that I remember - Joy from reception who helped me with the isolation issue, Robbin, and Syed the bellboy. Also, Coach Omar is a very friendly guy, and the pool team including the old and new members. Actually, the entire team at this hotel is fantastic, and I hope they will maintain this excellent level of service.
Good Housekeeping - contact them and within a maximum of 1 hour, your room will be refreshed.
The hotel has already started renovating some furniture such as TVs, and now almost all rooms have smart TVs and newer washing machines, but other furniture like sofas and beds still need to be upgraded. I recently had an issue with the sound isolation of the rooms with my neighbours, but the reception handled it as efficiently as possible.
