An absolutely outstanding experience at Amwaj Rotana JBR Dubai! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable — warm, professional, and truly attentive to every detail. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable.
The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The location is perfect, right in the heart of JBR with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and entertainment.
Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and every part of the hotel reflected quality and care. You can genuinely feel the commitment to excellence.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai — I will definitely be coming back!
FouadAmazing stay
Stayed here with family for a staycation. The staff were extremely courteous from the valet to the check-in counter and restaurant. Hamza at the reception ensured we got checked in really quick and offered us a room with an amazing view of the Ain Dubai which made our stay even more amazing. The room was spacious, comfortable and offered a good night's sleep. The washroom was small but neatly laid out.
We had dinner at the Horizon Restaurant. The buffet was nicely spread out with a good variety. The dessert counter was exceptional. Breakfast at the Horizon was also equally great with several healthy options.
Overall amazing experience and highly recommend anyone who wants to stay close to the beach at a prime location in Dubai.

The room was spotless, cosy, and well-appointed, ensuring a truly relaxing stay. The breakfast selection was fantastic and all items were delightful.
The location was outstanding—convenient and ideal for easy exploration of the area.
Everything was flawless—from the cosy room to the outstanding breakfast and excellent location. The only drawback was the limited vegetarian choices during dinner time.

I appreciated the location, the breakfast, and the size of the room.
The valet accidentally replaced my car ticket with another one. Afterwards, they brought the wrong car to me, loaded my luggage into it, and then blamed me for giving them the wrong ticket. This was the only ticket I had at that point, as I didn't need to use my car during my stay since everything I needed was within walking distance.
