I like to express my gratitude to the wonderful staff, especially Mr. Hassan Salah and his team, Omar Mahmoud, Jessica, and the others.

The hotel is very clean, and I particularly enjoy the dining room. However, the swimming pool area could be more entertaining. It is very peaceful. The lobby is pleasant and welcoming, but I must highlight the exceptional cleanliness and level of hospitality.

I was not happy with the hotel not being accurately marked on Google Maps. I encountered difficulties finding the entrance and Uber drivers often missed it. It would be beneficial to have clearer signage from the main roads. Adding facilities like a shop, pharmacy, or gift shop would make the lobby livelier, as the hotel is spacious and could be more vibrant.
