Clean, nice, and helpful staff.
Food was not equivalent to 5 stars, and I didn't understand why I should pay for parking.

Staff are amazing as usual, rooms are super clean and good.
Surprisingly, the swimming pool was closed (it has been mentioned but not clear in the description).
Breakfast buffet was also cancelled, which was an important issue.
