New hotel

Location is not good :(. The rooms are noisy, you can hear everything from the neighboring room. Conversations, shower, toilet - everything is audible. There is construction outside the window, terrible overall

Exceptional

The area is very nice with new construction, plenty of parking spaces available. The price-value ratio was excellent.
