Comfy rooms with excellent location and view

Location was superb!

Rooms were tidy with a stunning city view.

Staff were extremely pleasant, attentive, cooperative, and friendly.

Attractive building and lobby.

The breakfast could have more variety, such as a wider selection of breads or even some soups.

The outside was slightly noisy early in the morning but nothing major.

Enjoyable

Breakfast was very poor, hotel not as clean as a 5-star hotel.

For a small city like Van, it was expensive.

Staff were very friendly. Room was big and had a nice view.

Despite its five-star rating, the hotel felt closer to a four-star experience. Cleanliness was below expectations, with visible stains on some bedside tables. The Turkish hammam was very small and required reservations, as access was prioritised for paying massage customers. The changing area was shared between men and women, which may be uncomfortable for some guests. Breakfast was average and lacked the variety and traditional Turkish specialties typically expected.
