I had a fantastic stay at Sheraton Uşak Hotel & Thermal Spa. The hotel is stunning, spotless and boasts a delightful ambiance. The staff were warm and inviting, and I felt thoroughly looked after during my stay.
A huge thank you to Ilayda, who was exceptionally kind, supportive, and proficient. She truly enhanced our stay and was consistently available to help whenever needed. Team members like Ilayda are instrumental in ensuring guests feel particularly welcome.
Overall, it was a superb experience, and I wholeheartedly endorse the hotel
