I would like to thank the manager, Mr Wasim, who was very helpful and understanding.

I liked everything. I forgot earlier to say the staff was excellent, very helpful, especially the receptionist. She was amazing.

She was very helpful and let us into the room as the card was declined. I appreciate her responsibility and she was very professional.

Restaurant staff need a bit of training but it was okay, and the food was very nice.

The breakfast was delightful, the oceanfront location was ideal, and the hotel was impeccably clean. The staff were courteous, efficient, and always willing to assist. The amenities were exceptional and meticulously maintained.
