Disappointing

The only positive thing was the friendly staff member who welcomed us upon arrival. Unfortunately, there was nothing else that we were satisfied with.

Upon our arrival, the room was clean; however, during our three-day stay, despite multiple requests, it was not cleaned even once. Not even the towels were changed.

Several times we requested a 'Please clean room' sign. Each time we were assured that it would be brought to our room - unfortunately, this never happened. Eventually, we even had to call and ask for toilet paper, only to be given a single roll.

I have never experienced such inadequate room service. For a hotel, this is truly embarrassing and absolutely disappointing.
