Clean and beautiful hotel from all aspects.
Only downside is the hotel's location is a bit high, and there is a lack of car parking spots. This is normal for some neighborhoods in Trabzon.

It's a nice decent hotel, with very good staff and value for money. Breakfast needs a bit more improvement.

The room was dirty. Sheets and pillows with hairs, white linen wrinkled and dirty. Changed the room, it was also dirty. No dishes in the kitchen.
