Deserves another stay

The place is very clean, the staff are very helpful. I thank the receptionist Yousha for his help with his brother

Excellent

Excellent small hotel, very clean, friendly staff, Special thanks to Mukhamed the bartender, Mustafa, Zhanna the Administrator, the hotel is located on the first line, our room with a balcony and sea view is spacious, there was almost always shaded parking near the hotel, comfortable to relax with a child, excellent Turkish coffee in the lobby, sauna and hammam are included, food is fresh and tasty

No bar in the kitchen and disco zone, The animator Seyd included boring and monotonous music from the 80-90s, when we danced he demonstrably stopped our song and switched to music that was impossible to dance to, all the guests just sat or left because of this, although in the neighboring hotel everyone was partying every evening

The hotel is distinguished by its location only, and the breakfast option is weak, but maintenance of the hotel facilities is not continuous.

I liked the location of the street. It is close to the airport, Forum Mall, and the entire street has cafes. Nearby, there is the Arab Waterfall Restaurant and a supported supermarket (BIM), and the hotel overlooks the street. All the staff are welcoming and cooperative.

Breakfast is limited and very weak. The worst hotel I have breakfasted in (bread, olive oil, honey, jam, shape, cucumber, tomato, cheese, boiled eggs, potatoes, and appetizingly only). No juices, fruits, or coffee.

I booked two rooms, all of which had a broken chair, faulty lighting, uncomfortable bed, a faulty refrigerator. After informing them, they changed them after two days of stay.

There is no bidet in the bathroom, may Allah be merciful, and there are insects in the rooms.

There are many observations... the end.

I would not return there.

The hotel disappointed us a lot. Firstly, the person at the reception did not have much communication skills and had to go ask things to a person from the shop outside. When we were in the room, for which we had paid 40€, there were no towels, the air conditioning remote control was missing and the door lock didn't work. Then, they moved us to the room next door which had a very dirty sink.

Breakfast was scarce but correct even though it was supposed to be at 9, which already seemed late to us, but it wasn't ready until 9:25.

I find it too expensive for what they offer.
