We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The reception staff were exceptionally courteous, professional, and welcoming. A special appreciation goes to the receptionist who went the extra mile by wishing my son a happy birthday during the checkout process. This thoughtful gesture reflected genuine care and an outstanding commitment to customer service.
The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with all the modern amenities required for a pleasant stay. The overall ambience of the hotel was excellent, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere throughout our visit.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and extend our sincere gratitude to the entire team for their hospitality, extra care, and excellent service. We would be delighted to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.
The food was good and enjoyable. However, during breakfast we noticed occasional delays in refilling some food items. The management may wish to review staffing levels and ensure sufficient backup food is available so that replenishment can be carried out more promptly during busy periods.
