AbdelhayTrabzon is an amazing and wonderful city, but the hotel staff need to learn how to be professionals.
The location is good.
I had a bad experience with the electricity.
There was an electrical safety issue in my room. The room lights started blinking, then a side lamp produced smoke and sparks.
The second AC is very noisy.
The receptionist Abdulrahman tried to help me; he was a nice guy, but the other staff are tough and not professional.
